In Park City an amazing day on the mountain ends with an equally amazing après scene. Here are our top 5 spots to sip, sip, APRÈS!
HIGH WEST DISTILLERY
High West was founded in 2006 and became the first legal distillery to open in Utah since 1870. The saloon and restaurant is now a Park City centerpiece and serves some of the best whiskey cocktails in town. From PCMR, you can take Pay Day to Quittin’ Time and walk over to the Saloon. Sip on a whiskey lemonade and try the devilled eggs as an appetizer!
CORNER STORE
It’s not much to look at but the Corner Store serves cheap drinks, has live music, and is right at the base of PCMR. This is where the locals go for a PBR before hanging up their skis for the day. Don’t bother ordering a fancy cocktail here…. Stick with beer or vodka sodas and you won’t be disappointed.
NO NAME SALOON
No Name is repeatedly voted the ‘Best Bar in Town’ and is typically crowded at all hours of the day. It is located in the iconic Alamo building towards the middle/upper portion of Main Street and has a fun, quirky, mountain town vibe. If it’s a sunny day the heated roof deck is a must. Check out the toilet decor and order a manmosa and a buffalo burger.

UMBRELLA BAR
If you’re ending your day in the Canyons Village, head over to the Umbrella Bar for a drink served with mountain views and live music. It’s not the best bar in town, but it’s the best bar at the Canyons. The convenience factor goes far. There’s a large deck, plenty of seating, craft brews, and gourmet hot dogs.
ST. REGIS DEER VALLEY
Go experience the Deer Valley difference at the St. Regis bar. This is my personal favorite après experience in town and where I bring visiting friends and family for the royal treatment. It’s fairly expensive but the lush seating, fire pits, and exquisite cocktails are worth every penny. They are known for their bloody marys however you won’t be disappointed with anything on the cocktail list. Stay for the traditional champagne sabering at 5:30 pm each evening.
